A: The Canon 5D Mark lll has a full-frame sensor. If you have other Canon EF lens, all of them will work with the exception of S-Series lens. I personally use the Canon EF 85mm f/1.2L ll USM , the 24-105mm L lens, the EF 75-300mm f/ 1.4-5.6, and a FD 50mm 1:1.4 lens. I have excellent results with these lens
